The gel coat was clean with no mildew present. The blue hull sides had a nice shine. The blue canvas looks to be in nice condition.

The cockpit is bright and clean. The cushions look to be in nice condition. The helm looks to be in good operational condition. The cockpit icemaker is not working.

The main cabin looks nice. The blue glossy woodwork looks great, the carpet looks nice with minimal wear. The leather sofa looks very inviting with no noticeable flaws. The stateroom and head look great. No smells or mildew were present. With some tidying up this cabin will look stunning.

The aft cabin is also clean with no smells or mildew. It shows minimal wear and tear.

The engine room looks great. There is ample lighting. No noticeable smells or leaks were seen. The bilge was clean and dry.
