Normal wear and tear in the Florida sun and oxidation. The interior is in good condition, maybe with some good detailing. Both berthing areas are nice. The aft berth only has wood flooring, which looks like it had carpet before. The engine room is impressively clean and organized. The engine space is easy to work in, and there is plenty of room to work and move around. The engines run great. The teak needs to be redone. Ask for Philip Rahner.
