The seller states that the boat is in good condition and has maintenance receipts for review while under contract. It is freshwater-only and lake-ready. The interior shows well, with no significant tears, stains, or seam separations.

This deck boat has been maintained and is in good condition. It shows typical wear from normal usage, but overall, it is in good condition for its age. The bow front table shows cracks (photos). The rub rail is worn and broken in some areas (photos). The above-waterline Red color is faded and oxidized, and the underside has some scratches but no signs of beaching.

The seller states, "When we bought this boat, we discovered the previous owner had not winterized it, and once the weather warmed up, it had a cracked block. I spent $14,730.81 to install a new long-block motor. We took it out and put 8-10 hours on it, and then the break-in maintenance was completed, and the engine winterized. We took it out three times last summer, and it started and ran well. The engine was properly winterized in November 2024."
