No mechanical issues w/ eng's, trans's, drives, tabs, gauges. Vinyl is in very good condition- no tears, a few scuffs and stains. Cabin upholstery completely redone and in near flawless condition. Headliner has been replaced. Cabinets and bulkhead linoleum surfaces have been redone.... Opened and inspected by Steve Smith in 2023.1993 triple-axle Haul-Rite steel trailer included. Completely rebuilt including 3 new axles in 2017. All 6 leaf springs replaced in 2022. Brake lines, drum brake assemblies, surge braking system etc have all been replaced and are in good working order. All inner and outer wheel bearings replaced, brakes bled and tested and 4 new tires in July 2024 (the other 2 tires only 3 years old) . Bunks have good carpet, are painted with epoxy paint and are thru-bolted to galvanized mounting brackets (counter-sunk bolt heads).
