(read more) The boat is also equipped with a Kohler 5.0 kW generator and has Marine Air/Heat that works great so you can enjoy your time on the water or a weekend at your favorite cove while having a respite from the heat of the day down below or a cool night on the water!The cockpit has lots of room with an opposing bench seat configuration with a custom wood table top - is outfitted with SeaDek flooring that is quick to dry and easy on the feet. The upholstery is in very good condition for a 2004. There are a few areas that might need attention (shown in the photos), but overall, it is in great shape for a 2004.The helm is equipped with compass, gauges that are clear and easy to read, and it is equipped with Raymarine Quantum radar and tablet display for charts, GPS and radar display. The boat also has VHF radio and Fusion head unit with 2 wired remotes plus Arc Audio X2 Amp and lighted speakers throughout the boat.Lighting has been converted to LED so it is cool and low drain on the batteries. The stepped companionway door leads to the walk-through windshield for access to the bow - that is equipped with windlass - with controls at the helm and at the bow via bow control pads - spot light and fender holders on both sides of the bow rail.The boat appears to be in good shape and has been well cared for by the seller - it is a freshwater-use only boat and is currently docked in a covered slip with full camper enclosure and isinglass as shown in the listing photos. The engine compartment is clean and is equipped with a bilge heater plus battery tender and three batteries - one for each engine and the generator.Down below the cabin is in great condition with a V-berth, mid berth (dinette) and aft berth so it can easily sleep from 4 to 6 people and the bench seating in the cockpit area provides the ability to be turned into either a sun bathing area or at night used for an additional sleeping location with the full enclosure providing an enclosed area.The galley is well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, single electric stove top and sink - both the stove top and sink have matching covers to maximize the countertop space. There is ample storage as shown in the photos. Entertainment is available via the Fusion stereo system, a flat-screen TV in the cabin and one on the cockpit area - so you can catch your favorite team in action or your families favorite movies while enjoying time on the lake!The head is a wet head with shower, sink, and of course the toilet - a marine head with 28 gallon waste tank that can be pumped out via the waste access port on the side of the boat.
