A neat, well-kept vessel. According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems, except as noted below, function as intended.

Upholstery and all soft goods appear to be in excellent condition with no obvious holes, tears, seam separations, or excessive wear.

The hull appears in good condition with no unexpected chips, nicks, gouges, or "dock rash". The hull does appear ready for a good bath, wax, and buff.

The seller advises that the VHF radio and the bow foot switches for the windlass are not working. The switch for the windlass at the helm does function properly.
