No spider cracks or excessive wear and tear were seen. There is one quarter-size chip, which was the only flaw noticed. The exterior upholstery looks amazing and is bright white. The tops and cover look great.

The helm is spotless, the gauges are crystal clear, the switches look great, and the steering wheel looks great as do the controls.

The engine compartment looks great. There were no smells, fluid leaks or mildew and the bilge was very clean. The engine looks great, there are no excessive signs of rust and no leaks were seen.

The cabin was very clean with no smells or mildew seen. The forward berth cushions have some stains. The head is very clean but is missing the toilet seat. The cabinets and galley look great. The floor tiles show some damage and have an irregular fit.

The black hull sides did not show excessive scrapes or damage. A detail would bring them back to their glory.

The seller discloses everything is in working order except for the water heater. Ask for Louis Furlong.
