There was a small bit of water damage at the entry door maybe from the door being open during a rainstorm. Seller reports there are no leaks.
This vessel had a slight mildew smell in it. There were fans running in the bedrooms but this could be remedied with more airing out.
I noticed some oxidation on some of the metal, a little delamination on the wood varnish, a few stress cracks, tiny bit of wear on the vinyl furniture, and a nic on the top of the transom door. The small windshield had a few cracks in it. In the bedroom, the ceiling lining was falling but could be tacked up.
All of these issues are easily repairable and does not detract in the beauty and functionality of this gorgeous yacht. Ask for Sandra House.
