It has regular maintenance yearly, the owner confirms.Lots of storage throughout. The dinette has storage under all seats, hanging lockers, drawers and lots of other storage through out. The dinette table folds up, two bar stools affixed to the floor. The galley has a convection/ microwave oven, three burner stove, coffee make, the fridge was replaced this year. Lots of counter space. Three TV's through out. The head has a very large shower. The primary cabin has a large walk around queen/king size bed and TV with privacy door. The other cabin does not have a mattress as it was taken out. The owners used it as a laundry room as it was just the two of them. The engine have less than 200 hours since major overhaul, engine oil and coolant analysis done December 2024 shows no issues. The boat is solid. No signs of any leaks, the ceiling looked great, no musty or diesel smells. Used as a floating condo. The Generator does not work. The seller always used shorepower. The generator may need rebuild or replacement. The electronics are original and may want to be updated by the new owner. Ice maker needs to be replaced.

Fridge was replaced April 2024. The flooring and hull are in great condition for its age. Enclosure looks good. The upholstery needs cleaning but over all looks to be in good condition.
