The cause of the AC failure is unknown, and the seller does not intend to address it.
In general, the boat appeared to be well-kept and in good condition for its age. No rips, tears, or holes were noted on the the upholstery. The V-berth cushions were not present at the time of the visit but the seller states that they are in good condition.
Since the boat was in the water, most of the hull was unobservable. However, where exposed, the hull appeared to be in good condition, with no unexpected nicks, scratches or damage noted.
