Tons of upgrades and updates completed!

In 2020 a front porch enclosure was completed along with a party top!

In 2022 the roof was repainted and bilge pumps replaced!

In 2023 a refrigerator was replaced, the HVAC-geothermal was serviced, the boat was repainted, updated exterior carpet was installed, the upper, front and back deck fans, and an electrical inspection was done. The engine was serviced and included raw water impellers. The Westerbeke generator was serviced and new batteries were installed!
