This seller has owned the boat about 10 years and the previous owner changed the engines from a single Perkins to the Cats.There were only 30 trawlers that Ocean Yachts built in 1979 - 1980 - own a piece of history!... (read more) She has a large pilot house, two staterooms and two heads. And a double keel!Most of the interior has been redone, and is very nice. In the galley is a large newer refrigerator/freezer, a sink with marble countertop and cabinets and a beautiful mahogany bar area with storage compartments. The Spacious Galley and Living area in between the large owner's Aft Stateroom and forward V-berth Stateroom, which both include a head and shower, with an additional tub in the Aft Stateroom. And the head room is huge - 7 feet in the v berth.There is ample rear deck room with a swim platform, & Fly Bridge with isinglass all the way around some of the isinglass is newer and some could use replacing! Don't worry about living off grid with your reliable Onan 8 KW Generator.You'll stay nice and cold with 2 A/C Units at 16,000 BTU Each. 2 fuel tanks, one holds 200 gallons and the other 225.The electronics all work. According the seller, everything works as intended.

The seller has owned the boat since 2015 and has completed many nice upgrades, the boat is very appealing inside and is very comfortable for living on, if that is your fancy!

The owner takes the boat to the Bahamas every year for several months at a time, however recent health concerns has made the owner a permanent landlubber. The boat was put in dry dock in September 2023.

The engine compartment is easily accessible from floorboards in galley area.

The boat would benefit from painting for aesthetic purposes but is not necessary! The fuel gauge does not work, so the seller measures the fuel with a stick.

The boat currently needs bottom paint and zincs. The headroom is about 7 ft, fuel tanks are probably original and are made of cast iron. The isinglass is stowed away, some pieces are newer and some needs replacing. Ask for Elle Morrison.
