Some notice of stress cracks on gel coat/fiberglass (see photos)

Some areas inside the cabinets of the cabin showed some moisture. (see photos)

Moisture near the inside cabin mast area as well as one of the stereo speakers.
Ports and hatches look to have crazing.

Notice of liquid mix of water and oil in the engine pan below the engine.

Looks like one of the plugs on a top window hatch vent might be missing. There is Tape on one of the hatches, The hatch is cracked in front cabin. (see photos)

The fabric on the dinnet is in ok condition, needs some cleaning. Ask for Rhonda Rydstrom.
