It currently is fresh water under cover in at a marina.

The hull gel-coat is in good condition, with no serious scrapes or cracks. Hull bottom paint needs touch-up. The cockpit area is clean. Upholstery shows some wear but good considering the age. The cabin is clean, no odors.

Among other services, Bilge pump replaced in June 2024.
