The seller is the second owner and has owned it since 2001. They have sailed the boat on a local 10,000-acre freshwater lake. Based on the information provided, the previous owner has sailed to the Islands, added air conditioning and converted one of the two ice boxes into a refrigerator.... The bow has an anchor locker with anchor and a spare anchor is included. There are cockpit cushions, a dodger, bimini, and full canvas cockpit enclosure.The sails are original and have been refurbished once in 2002. They are stiff and well-suited for lake sailing. The wind gauge functions but needs to be recalibrated or possibly replaced.

The Auto Pilot does not function.

The cockpit radio controls are not connected to the new stereo. The new stereo is Bluetooth and has phone app controls.
