The generator is not operational and has been removed from the boat. The seller uses a small Honda generator when he needs to power the batteries or lights.

The water heater is brand new and just replaced in September 2022.

There are numerous areas when the brightwork needs to be sanded to bare wood and refinished. Also, the deck needs to be inspected for longevity, repairs, and refinishing.

The seller is replacing both turbos but oil samples were in the red zone.
