There is no generator on the boat. The seller uses a small Honda generator to power the batteries or lights.

The water heater was replaced in September 2022.

There are numerous areas when the brightwork needs to be sanded refinished. Also, the deck needs to be inspected for longevity, repairs, and refinishing.

There is a lot of damage to the swim step. It will need to be repaired. See pictures on the listing
